Membership Application Form
Use for New Membership, Renewals or Re-instatement
Please note the following from our Constitution and By-Laws:
New members: Prospective members shall present a completed membership
application with the appropriate dues to the Secretary at the regular meeting,
at which time the application will be read to the membership.
Further, a vote for new membership is polled during the meeting and requires 2/3 of the members present to approve.
Dues are currently 20 US dollars per year, payable by January 1st.
As of January 1, 2025, dues are now 0 dollars.
